what is the msc rewards program?

MSC Rewards is Medical Scrubs Collection's free loyalty program for people who love scrubs! Membership is available to all customers age 16 and up.

What is included in MSC Rewards Membership?

As a member you will earn 1 points for every dollar you spend. As a member you will have a personal online account and you will receive members-only discounts, bonus point opportunities, advance notice of sales and invitations to special events at our stores. You also have the option to receive our promotional emails.

How soon after a purchase are points added to my balance?
Points are credited immediately, but you may not see them in your online points balance until 24-48 hours after purchase.

What if I think there's been a mistake with my points balance?
It can take up to 3 business days for points to show up in your balance. However, if you beleive there is a mistake in your points balance, feel free to contact our customer service department.

What happens to my points if I return merchandise?
The point value of your return is deducted from your balance.

Do points ever expire?
Yes. If you have not made a purchase in 24 months, your points are deducted from your balance.

Do I earn points when I redeem MSC Rewards?
No. Points are deducted when redeemed in an order. When a customer redeems points, no points are accrued on the same order.

Do I earn points on tax or shipping?
No.

Do I earn points for the purchase of gift cards?
Yes. You will earn points when you purchase a gift card. However, points will not be rewarded on purchases made with a gift card.

What happens to any points left over after a MSC Rewards certificate has been earned?
These points stay in your account and will go toward your next MSC Rewards certificate.

Is a minimum purchase required with a MSC Rewards Points?
No. Points are just like cash because you earned it! However, you will not receive change or cash back for a partially redeemed MSC Rewards.

Can I use a coupon and my MSC Rewards at the same time?
No. You may not use a coupon code and accrue reward points at once.

Can I give my points to a friend?
No. points must be used MSC Rewards member that they are issued to.

Are there restrictions on what I can use my MSC Rewards to purchase?
No, however points cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Will my membership ever expire?
After three years with no activity, we assume that you are no longer interested in being a MSC Rewards member. Your membership is then cancelled. After it is cancelled, you will have to rejoin if you would like to be a member again.

My membership was canceled due to inactivity, so I need to start over. Can you restore my points?
No. We are unable to restore your points if your membership was canceled.

What do I need in order to login to my personal account webpage?
You will need your email address and password.

Do I have to login?
If you want to access your MSC Rewards information, you must login.

Will the MSC Rewards system work if I use Google Checkout?
While using Google checkout, it will not display the amount of points that you accrue, however we will track the purchase and award you with MSC points.

How does the MSC Rewards 'refer a friend' program work?
Members can earn additional points when they refer other customers that make a purchase on the store. Points are awarded based on a percentage value (10% of order amount). Points are awarded only if the referred customer makes a purchase during its first visit.
